The Role

We’re hiring a Full Cycle Account Executive to join our growing GTM team. This is not your standard SaaS AE role.

At Rose Rocket, Full Cycle AEs own the customer relationship from start to finish. That means prospecting, closing the deal, onboarding the customer, driving adoption, and growing the account over time. You’ll be the quarterback, the navigator, and the trusted advisor, all in one.

We’ve combined the traditional SDR, AE, CSM, and AM roles into a single, high-impact position because we believe software sales, when done right, is a consultative and long-term game. This is a chance to step into a role that offers broad ownership, deep learning, and the opportunity to help define what excellence looks like.

What You’ll Do

• Own the entire sales and account lifecycle, from prospecting and qualification to implementation and renewal
• Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of high-fit trucking and logistics companies
• Run deeply consultative sales conversations, taking the time to understand problems and help customers solve them
• Leverage your knowledge of the logistics space, or your willingness to learn it quickly, to help customers navigate a changing market
• Use tools like Gong, HubSpot, and our own platform to work efficiently and drive results
• Spot opportunities to apply tech to real-world operational challenges and move quickly to solve them
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Support to deliver a strong customer experience
• Act as the voice of the customer inside the company, advocating for features, integrations, and improvements
• Help shape and improve our full cycle approach as we continue to scale
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• A track record of hustle, ownership, and curiosity, whether in sales, logistics, or a different path
• Experience wearing multiple hats and thriving in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tell a compelling story and handle objections
• A mindset for continuous iteration, where you can follow existing guidance but aren't afraid to test, learn, and optimize
• A genuine interest in technology and how it can change legacy industries
• Bonus: Experience in trucking, freight brokerage, logistics tech, or transportation operations
• Bonus: Experience managing your own book of business or independently running a territory
