As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our MSP Corp Central team preferably in our Guelph, Ontario office.

About the Role  

We’re hiring an Account Manager to manage and grow an established base of clients. This is an all-farming role, no net-new prospecting, and focused on growing product, service, and recurring revenue while delivering a strong customer experience. The role works closely with a dedicated vCIO, AEs, and delivery teams to help clients move forward on hardware, software, licensing, and broader IT initiatives. 

• Location: Guelph, Ontario


• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 


• Work Mode: Hybrid

What We Are Looking For 

• Must have experience selling IT hardware (desktops,servers, firewalls, etc.), software and licensing (Microsoft).


• Must possess strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing


• Ability to handle fast quote turnaround and manage lots of moving pieces


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
