You will...

  • Manage the process for payables transactions in accordance with Deveraux’s policies and procedures
  • Work alongside the purchasing team to reconcile month end invoicing and payments
  • Prepare cheque and EFT payments
  • Communicate with project vendors
  • Administrative support, including reception coverage as required
  • Prepare ad hoc reporting
  • Support projects that are relevant to the department and division
  • Maintain and foster a positive workplace atmosphere


Additional Information

You must be legally eligible to work in Canada (e.g., be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada, or possess a valid work permit) and provide a satisfactory Criminal Background Check.
