- Pay rate: $52,000 - $58,000 / year
- Location: Gold River, BC

- Relocation Assistance: Available for candidates not currently residing in Gold River, BC
- Accommodation: Three months' accommodation is provided
- Oversee the administrative process for securing funding from government agencies.
- Provide administrative support for health programs servicing the community.
- Execute tasks assigned by the Health and Social Services Manager promptly.
- Maintain a positive and proactive customer service approach.
- Greet community members warmly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff.
- Support various administrative coordination and communication tasks, including client intake and interdepartmental communications.
- Preference given to candidates with experience working with First Nations.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in administrative support in health or government settings.
- Deep understanding of government funding processes and health management in a First Nation context.
- Proficient in computer applications and office equipment.
- Team player with an approachable and positive demeanor.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong work ethic and communication skills.
- Interest in professional growth and development within the Health team.
- Clear criminal record check
- Access to a vehicle is an asset for transportation to this remote community.
- Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
