This is a great opportunity to join Carrasco Wealth Management, a growing wealth team within Harbourfront Wealth Group, in a flexible part-time role of up to 19 hours per week depending on business needs. You Will Be Responsible For
- Maintain and update spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets), ensuring accuracy of data
- Perform basic data entry and assist with tracking reports and records
- Support the team with general administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis
- Organize and manage digital files and documents
- Assist with compiling information and preparing simple reports
- Help coordinate and schedule meetings or internal tasks if needed
- Provide ad hoc support to the team as business needs evolve
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to or interest in the financial services or wealth management industry
- Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
- Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets, including basic data entry, formatting, and simple formulas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members in a remote environment
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively while balancing priorities in a part-time role
- A reliable, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
