About This Opportunity

As an Administrative Associate within CBI Health, you will be the face and voice of this accredited, innovative community health care organization providing high-quality services in our Abbotsford clinic.

If you have professional customer service skills that are enhanced by a can-do attitude, this role would be a great opportunity to join the CBI Health Group.

This is a Full time role supporting our CBI Health - Abbotsford clinic.

Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day

• Be the first point of contact for clients & office visitors
• Screen and direct calls, greet visitors and respond to inquiries via phone/email
• Schedule client appointments
• Perform general office duties and provide administrative & clerical support
  
  

What You Need To Be Successful

• 1 to 3 years experience in a reception/customer service role
• Professional, upbeat, warm approach towards customer service
• Effective analytical, multi-tasking, organization & problem-solving skills
• Strong skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Post-secondary education in medical office/business administration would be an asset
