We currently have an opportunity for a Administrator, Pharmacy Central Maintenance to join our National Pharmacy team based out of our office(s) in Dartmouth - Nova Scotia or Calgary - Alberta. As a valued manager working in a hybrid environment you will be required to be on site either in office a minimum of three (3) days per week.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

The Administrator, Pharmacy Central Maintenance is a member of our Pharmacy team with responsibility for the management of 5 Central Fill sites as each individual systems. You will work in a highly collaborative environment, developing relationships and partnering with Pharmacy Managers and Directors across the company in a fast-paced environment.

What you will get to do in this fast-paced role:
• Responsible for accurate and complete files in KCM, including: All product attributes, All pricing attributes, All Plan attributes-Preferred Provider Networks, Vendors-source of supply
• Ensure up to date catalogues, and manufacture list pricing (MLP) and retail pricing files are processed in all KCMs and 5 Central Fill locations.
• Responsible for timely and accurate drug pricing and formulary pricing and interchangeability in Kroll Central Maintenance (KCM) systems
• Implement pricing strategies as required in response to company special programs, provincial and public third party changes
• Responsible for New/Change store set ups and maintaining provider numbers in KCM
• Provider Relations consisting of: Responsible to applying to external Third Parties for new store openings/Changes/Closures by obtaining provider numbers and advising them of any changes to current stores within a timely manner.
• Responsible for maintaining Store manager changes with external Third Parties
• Responsible for system testing and quality assurance testing for new KCM versions, changes to be implemented.
• Assist as second level support to assist RX support resolve pricing issues in a timely manner by submitting inquires to the TP’s if pricing is incorrect based on MLP, formularies and McKesson pricing
• Proactively identify price or adjudication issues and create systems to prevent negative financial impact.
• Coordinate price sensitivity testing of strategies to identify areas to maximize revenue.
• Import drug Image files, configuration schemas, EDI scheduler and Health 360 program store scheduler
• Manage 5 Central Fill sites as each individual systems
