A Snapshot of Your Day

Trench Canada is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to join our After Sales team to support the deployment of Customer Care Initiatives launched by Trench Head Quarters as well as data analytics for after sales at Trench Canada, Instrument Transformers division. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong analytical skills, the ability to work and understand the basics of data analysis tools, as well as the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deploy and enhance customer care initiatives.

Your Tasks:

  • Customer Support
  • Work in collaboration with the Engineering and Quality teams to support customers with inquiries and complaints.
  • Process Management:
  • Review Customer Care Initiatives project and support the team to deploy further actions as well as enhance initiatives already implemented.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Review current After Sales workflows and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Propose and implement process enhancements to streamline operations.
  • Process Alignment:
  • Review and revise existing procedures to ensure they accurately reflect current practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and clarity in all processes.
  • Automation Initiatives:
  • Identify trends in order data, analyze customer feedback and work alongside the Operational Excellence team to identify opportunities for system automation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of automation solutions to reduce manual tasks.
  • Develop automation for after sales order tracking to complete the project cycle.
  • Workflow Analysis:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Must be currently enrolled (or recently concluded) an Engineering program.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies is preferred.
