Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales force through strategic management.
  • Collaborative Relationships: Foster close and productive relationships with branch and regional operational managers to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Excellence: Ensure timely and appropriate dissemination of competitive intelligence, product updates, and health and safety information.
  • Team Development: Recruit, lead, coach, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies leveraging SalesLink technology.
  • Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

  • Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of products and services within the construction industry.
  • Financial Targets: Achieve revenue, expense, and profitability targets.
  • Customer Relationship Development: Strategically develop and nurture customer relationships.
  • Professional Representation: Represent the company with professionalism and ethical integrity.
