The opportunity
Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our client stakeholders to understand use cases and key business processes that the AI solutions will support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, architects, engineers to translate requirements in robust AI solutions integrating without client’s technology stack
- Continuously learn, experiment, and test new AI tools, platforms, technologies, and techniques.
- Create comprehensive test plans for AI-based applications, covering functional, performance, security, and ethical considerations
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome obstacles.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- 2+ years of experience developing AI/ML solutions, including at least 1 year of AI/ML testing experience.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git)
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and frameworks for AI systems, including bias testing, performance testing, and security testing.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and AI frameworks.
- Experience with testing tools such as DeepChecks, or similar AI-focused.
- Experience in API integration and development.
- This role involves interaction with clients operating nationally and globally where fluency in French and English is required. Bilingualism in both French and English is therefore a requirement of this role
