We are currently looking for an AI Delivery Manager (AIDM) to join our delivery team.

The AIDM orchestrates data science projects and supports their team in delivering high-quality solutions iteratively, while respecting deadlines and budgets. They ensure the team’s efficiency and effectiveness, encouraging continuous improvement.

This key role requires strong leadership, an agile mindset, and the ability to challenge the status quo. The AIDM acts as a facilitator, motivator, and change agent—helping the team overcome obstacles and stay focused on its objectives.

The AIDM embodies the values of collaboration, transparency, and alignment—both internally and with clients and partners.

Your Future Responsibilities

• Orchestrate projects and ensure alignment across roles, tools, and objectives.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Plan, monitor, and adjust AI project execution based on priorities.
• Identify and remove roadblocks to ensure smooth progress.
• Embody Agile practices and lead team rituals.
• Track performance indicators and ensure client satisfaction.
• Optimize budgets and ensure project profitability.
• Support contract management (billing, addenda, continuity).
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by challenging existing processes and introducing new ideas to advance the team and projects.
• Act as a manager and support your team on a daily basis: professional development, performance, feedback, and change adaptation.
  
  

Job requirements

In this role, you will operate at the intersection of delivery rigor, technological complexity, and human dynamics. We are looking for leaders who can move teams forward with clarity, commitment, and strategic insight.

You are a mobilizing leader, known for your ability to inspire others through your high standards. You know how to create a collaborative climate within your teams and stand out through clear communication, constructive feedback, and strong engagement skills.

You have solid experience managing projects and multidisciplinary teams in technological contexts. You are well-versed in Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and collaborative tools. Your sharp eye and deep understanding of business challenges allow you to effectively align delivery efforts with client objectives. You also have hands-on experience in consulting, where agility, quality, and client proximity are essential.

You excel in planning, risk anticipation, and solving problems quickly and efficiently. You also have practical experience in budget management, contract follow-up, and client relationships. Lastly, your analytical, structured, and continuous-improvement mindset is a major asset.
