Hourly Range: $17.35 - $21.68
YOUR ROLE
To coordinate the activities of the air export department to ensure a quick, courteous and efficient customer experience while maintaining a competitive cost structure for both Bollore Logistics and our clients. Keep clients informed of the status of their shipment.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Communicate, in a timely manner, the relevant information and issues to the immediate supervisor
- Keep shipment files, Bolloré Group network and agents updated
- Receive orders from clients and analyze
- Open files for shipment and enter data in the operational system according to the ISO standards of the company.
- Organise the pick-up and delivery of freight according to the booking
- Verify documents (B13, certificate of origin, credit letter, permit etc.)
Education And Experience
- High School Diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet,
