Role Summary:
The AM Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for leading the morning dispatch operation, ensuring all delivery routes are staffed, dispatched on time, and executed safely and efficiently. This role supervises drivers and dispatch staff while supporting service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 2:30am–10:30am

In this role, you will:
- Oversee daily morning dispatch and sort to ensure all routes depart on schedule.
- Assign routes and adjust staffing based on daily volume and operational needs.
- Supervise, coach, and support drivers and dispatch personnel.
- Monitor route performance and resolve delivery issues and service exceptions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations.
- Communicate operational updates and escalate risks as needed.
- Track and report key performance metrics, including on-time dispatch, delivery performance, productivity, and scan compliance.
- Promote a safe, productive, and customer-focused work environment.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
Education & Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or courier operations.
- Previous supervisory or dispatch experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and dispatch or transportation management systems.
- Ability to work early in the mornings in a fast-paced environment.
- Access to reliable transportation (public transportation minimal)
