This position is required to be on-site and is located in Calgary, AB.

What You Will Do:

• Projects Financial Management & Reporting

• Coordinate monthly project status report collection from Project Managers
  
  

• Produce detailed and summary IT Project Portfolio reports for leadership
  
  

• Assist with project initiation process and project close out process
  
  

• Coordinate and engage in regular project reviews
  
  

• Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and ad-hoc reports
  
  

• Assist with preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts, ensuing financial forecasts are being updated on a timely basis
• Project Methodology and Governance
  
  

• Support and participate in Center of Excellence that develops project management practitioners and capabilities within the team and extends project management skills throughout the organization
  
  

• Support Communication and Change Management
  
  

• Execute governance and controls using a cooperative approach, balancing the needs of the project with the needs of the organization
  

What You Will Bring:

• Post-secondary education required, degree in Finance or Business preferred
• 2+ years experience with financial or project teams
• Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint and Power BI
• Experience with financial management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and financial reporting is an asset
