About This Team
Reporting to the Manager, Wholesale Strategy, the Analyst, Wholesale Strategy role is responsible for strategic planning, data analytics and process improvement for the wholesale business. The role supports decision making for the strategic wholesale initiatives through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Compensation And Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $66,000- $82,500 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.

About This Team

a day in the life
- Supports the development of the Supply chain operating model for the wholesale business
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets the data from various sources to identify gaps and opportunities
- Leverages systems, tools, and data to optimize wholesale supply chain team performance and develop dashboards to monitor KPIs
- Prepares strategic recommendations and insights for decision-making thus impacting the growth of wholesale business
- Develops volume forecast for the Printers capacity planning and risks mitigation
- Collaborate with Cross-functional partners such as Production, Product development, Merchandise, Strategic Sales, Sourcing, Quality functions
- Supports with the project management activities and data management of the key initiatives
- Consolidates information from wholesale supply chain functions and participates in the OPP planning
- Minimum 4 years experience with a demonstrated industry knowledge of Supply Chain
- Experience in apparel production, textile and/ or wholesale business preferred
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think differently about the data which may lead to less obvious conclusions
- Analyzing and transforming large data sets into clear and concise visuals and presentations
- Proficiency in MS office (Excel/Word/Power Point/Outlook) and Smartsheet
- Familiarity with Business intelligence and/or statistical analysis tools such as PowerBI
- High attention to detail, proactive, enjoy working with cross-functional partners with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to plan, prioritize and meet commitments with a bias toward action
- Self-starter with a high sense of urgency, and results oriented
