Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Software Developer you'll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support. You will create software that enables your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys. Your primary responsibilities include: Comprehensive Feature Development and Issue Resolution: Working on the end to end feature development and solving challenges faced in the implementation. Stakeholder Collaboration and Issue Resolution: Collaborate with key stakeholders, internal and external, to understand the problems, issues with the product and features and solve the issues as per SLAs defined. Continuous Learning and Technology Integration: Being eager to learn new technologies and implementing the same in feature development.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Must have 4-5 years of development and code enhancement experience on IIB/ACE.
  • Must have atleast 1-2 years experience in supporting production environment of Integration Bus/ACE and IBM MQ.
  • Should possess Good analytical, logical skills & debugging skills to Troubleshoot identify and fix issues independently.
  • Should be aware of different Integration Protocols eg(MQ,File,SOAP,HTTP,REST).
  • Should be Aware of Exception Handling on different nodes.
  • Knowledge on basic IIB and MQ commands is a must.
  • Should possess knowledge on PUB-SUB.
  • Experience using/working in the Linux operating systems.

Role Location - must live or relocate to Calgary, AB

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Installation/upgrading/migration of the ESB products (Integration Bus/App Connect and IBM MQ).
  • Backup/rollback of the ESB, monitoring solution and automation framework to support the ESB platform and project.
