Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: As the Assistant Service Manager, you will be the driving force behind our exceptional service department. Inspire and motivate a team of talented service advisors, technicians, and support staff to deliver top-notch service to our valued customers. Lead by example, fostering a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Customer Satisfaction: Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. With your eagle eye for detail, maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring every vehicle leaves our dealership in pristine condition.

Help team members stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and industry trends, keeping our dealership at the cutting edge.
