The successful candidate will support the Senior Site Superintendent on large-scale, multi-phase residential developments.

The successful candidate will support the Senior Site Superintendent on large-scale, multi-phase residential developments.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Superintendent with daily site operations and coordination
- Help manage trades, site staff, and subcontractors to ensure quality and productivity
- Participate in daily site meetings and contribute to short-interval scheduling
- Monitor compliance with project specifications, drawings, safety regulations, and building codes
- Track site progress, identify potential issues, and help keep the project on schedule
- Support quality control and deficiency management efforts
- 3–5 years of experience in residential construction, preferably on mid-rise or high-rise projects
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, schedules, and specifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with site safety practices and OHSA compliance
- Proficiency with basic construction management software considered an asset
