Residential Assistant Superintendent Position

Responsibilities

Cogir Real Estate is seeking a full time Resident Assistant Superintendents, to join our multi-residential apartment complex located at 760 Brockville Boulevard in Brockville. You will also be responsible for three other buildings located at:

760-800 Laurier Boulevard

1340-1360 Kensington Parkway

5-30 Glenn Wood Place

  • all buildings close in proximity.

The Position(s) Will Include The Following

  • Salary & On-the-job Training

Main Responsibilities And Activities

Responsible for the facilities cleaning in designated area(s) Operate within our standards of safety, high-quality customer service and efficient operations.

Thoroughly clean lobbies, laundry room and washroom, elevator cab, garbage chute and garbage rooms, including mopping and vacuuming of all floors, runners and furniture using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment.

Cleaning, and wiping of all windows, doors, trims, baseboards, walls, floors in the common areas, including the tops of washers and dryers.

Dust all lobby area light shades, table tops, picture frames, and elevator fans.

Clean and polish all stainless steel.

Ensure vacant apartments are thoroughly cleaned as per company standards and completed on schedule as directed by property manager.

Remove and dispose of all pamphlets and flyers from mail room, lobby area, and garbage receptacles.

Remove debris on every floor.

Identify and report urgent repairs or hazards to management

Maintain a positive relationship with co-workers and tenants.

Other Duties As Required.

Education

Minimum High school

Experience

Preference: Previous experience as building cleaner/assistant superintendent.

Skills And Abilities

Special Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to frequently stop, bend, and kneel. Ability to lift and move objects weight up to 50lbs. This position will require some weekends.
