As an Associate Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement, you’ll work closely with business partners influence how Canada Life’s brand, value proposition and solutions are positioned within the industry.
You’ll play a key role in creating compelling marketing strategies, presentations and content with a strong sales mindset. You’ll contribute across a range of initiatives from strategic presentations and executive communications to creative writing. Success in this role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What you will do:
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to ensure messaging is clear, inclusive and aligned with Canada Life’s brand and value proposition
- Apply critical thinking to assess challenges and recommend strategic marketing solutions
- Provide storytelling and creative writing support for a variety of health, wealth and retirement solutions initiatives
- Partner with senior leaders and our sales teams to deliver marketing support that enables business growth
- Manage project timelines, expectations and competing priorities with strong organization and attention to detail
- Confidently present ideas, recommendations and materials to stakeholders and contribute to large group discussions and working sessions
- 4+ years of marketing or communications experience
- Highly motivated self‑starter with the ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt quickly to shifting timelines and business needs
- Experience working with and influencing diverse stakeholder groups
- Exceptional writing capabilities with a sharp attention for detail
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Understanding of group benefits plans, group retirement plans, creditors or financial institutions product and services considered an asset
- Experience supporting clients or client-facing initiatives is an asset
