- Creating work orders, scheduling appointments, and coordinating workflow with technicians
- Providing accurate quotes and clearly explaining recommended services and products
- Building trust with customers through strong communication and follow-up
- Recommending tires, wheels, and mechanical services based on customer needs
- Processing sales transactions and maintaining accurate customer records
- Supporting inventory and administrative processes
- Maintaining showroom standards and promotional displays
- Participating in safety initiatives and ongoing training programs
- Previous experience in the automotive, tire, or service industry is strongly preferred
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to provide professional customer service and build customer relationships
- Confidence in explaining products, services, and recommendations to customers
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of passenger, light truck, and specialty tires and mechanical services is an asset
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
- Positive attitude, reliability, and team-oriented mindset
