(Bathurst) General Labourer - #193430

We’re a high-quality Australian manufacturer based in Bathurst, building premium steel and alloy ute trays and accessories. Right now, we’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join our production crew.

This is a full-time role focused on abrasive blasting and powder coating. When you’re not on the gun, you’ll be working alongside our assembly team helping build tough, purpose-built products.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate blasting equipment and apply powder coating (training provided if needed)
• Prep, inspect, and finish components to a high standard
• Assist with tray and accessory assembly as required
• Use hand, air, and power tools safely and efficiently
• Keep equipment clean and workspace tidy
• Follow instructions and meet job timelines
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who’s reliable, practical, and ready to work
• Previous experience in a hands-on or labouring role preferred
• Physically fit and comfortable in a fast-paced workshop
• Willing to learn — blasting/coating will be your main area, but you’ll pick up other skills too
• Forklift licence a bonus (but not essential)
