Make an impact with our Consumer Insolvency team as an Bilingual Administrative Assistant in our Moncton. For more than 50 years, our experienced team of professionals have been committed to helping all stakeholders through financial challenges.

MNP is proudly Canadian. Providing strategies and solutions, we are the largest insolvency practice in Canada. You will be part of the team working collaboratively with lenders and debtors at all levels.


Responsibilities:

  • Courteously receive and screen all incoming calls and emails
  • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical office support activities for multiple staff
  • Ensuring timely adherence to deadlines
  • Process documents related to insolvency filings
  • Assistance with banking process
  • Scheduling and follow-up with client appointments
  • Greet, assist, and direct all visitors in a professional manner
  • Schedule appointments with clients and MNP team members
  • Create, format, assemble and proofread drafts
  • Maintain all incoming and outgoing courier packages and mail
  • Provide general admin support to consultants, managers, and partners
  • Uphold electronic and paper filing systems
  • Scan and E-file documents
  • Prepare letters, as directed, using template letter formats
  • Respond to inquiries
  • Communicate and coordinate with the team regarding client service work and the flow of information

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working in a Professional Services environment is considered an asset, insolvency role an asset but not mandatory
  • Bilingual in french and english
  • 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative or support position
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience in answering and directing customer phone calls through a phone system in a professional, courteous manner
