- Business Management: Aid in team oversight, team building, problem-solving, and plan implementation.
- Sales Assistance: Drive sales efforts by overseeing deals, conducting research, and implementing strategies to support business growth.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Data entry, file management, scheduling, customer service, order processing & website maintenance.
- Budget Management: Support in budget tracking and management, including monitoring expenses and reconciling invoices.
- Process Development: Contribute to developing and implementing business processes and systems to streamline workflows.
- Project Management: Collaborate on projects, allocate resources, and ensure milestones are met.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct data entry, data collection, research and analysis to support decision-making and company growth.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive efforts and successful project execution.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and environments.
- Strong computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Drive applications.
