Camp Administrator (Contract)
Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Camp Operations, the Camp Administrator is responsible for overseeing the camper travel program and administrative functions of the camp office. The camp administrator provides superior customer service and front-line reception and hospitality for those contacting and visiting Camp.

Work Location
This role will be based out of our Tim Horton Children's Ranch, located in Kananaskis, Alberta. Remote/hybrid work may be considered, with required presence onsite to meet operational requirements.

This is a contract position for the dates of June 22, 2026 to September 1, 2026, with potential for extension into the Fall.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Commitment to superior customer service and a consistent front-line hospitable presence in the Camp Office
- Respond to camp use and guest inquiries via phone and email, and maintain the camp calendar and office supply inventory
- Oversee summer travel program and coordinate camper arrival to, and departure from, camp
- Arrange required shuttles, hotels and meals for staff accompanying camper travel
- Provide support to campers and families and follow up as required
- Complete assigned administrative duties; including but not limited to, petty cash, monitoring assigned budget lines, invoicing, reconciling the camp travel visa(s) and required reports
- Coordinate alternate site use opportunities during non-summer operations
- Enroll schools into the school program; ensuring all required paperwork has been submitted, accurately completed, and travel coordinated
- Work collaboratively with functional teams to communicate the needs of campers and guests (accommodations, dietary, special requests)
- Support cross functional administrative tasks as required
- Participate in and support restaurant owner engagement initiatives
- Support internal special events
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary degree or diploma, or equivalent experience
- Experience in an administrative and or customer service role
- Previous camp experience – considered an asset
- Strong customer focus and follow through
- Superior organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and take initiative
- Strong working knowledge of computer database (Salesforce) and spreadsheet software
- Demonstrated ability to understand basic math, analyze data, and complete reconciliations
- Valid driver's license and acceptable drivers abstract
- Acceptable Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Search, as required
