What a Typical Workday Looks Like

With the support of the store management team, your role is to provide outstanding customer service and process transactions like a pro. This involves:

  • Making every customer’s shopping experience enjoyable and memorable by providing friendly and efficient customer service;
  • Suggesting complementary products before processing the transaction;
  • Making sure you’re careful and precise when handling transactions at the cash register;
  • Clearly explaining return policies to customers;
  • Answering the phone in a professional manner;
  • Keeping your work area clean and making sure you have everything you need to work efficiently;
  • Respecting and following the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
  • Performing other duties where needed to support the team.
