Acuren is currently seeking Certified CEDO Technicians with Rope Access certification and relevant experience to support projects across our Central region.   • Position is based locally in Sarnia ON., and support multiple client projects
  • Salary will be CA$34.42/hr depending on certifications as per the QCCC
  • Candidate must be local or willing to relocate

Responsibilities

  • Operate, control, and maintain exposure devices used in radiography, ensuring that the source is securely shielded and that radiation exposure is only initiated when necessary.
  • Position exposure devices and radiographic film or digital detectors accurately to obtain high-quality images for inspection and evaluation
  • Maintain accurate records of all radiation source usage, including exposure times, source movements, and safety measures, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards

Requirements

  • CEDO Certification
  • IRATA Rope Access Certification
  • Diversified experience in NDT or related field
  • Strong work ethics
  • Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients
  • Exceptional safety and quality awareness
  • Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
