As a Laser Technician at Ava Skin SPA, you will be responsible for providing professional laser treatments while ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable experience for every client. You will conduct consultations, assess client suitability, explain treatment plans, and deliver services with care and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional laser treatments, including laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation procedures
• Conduct detailed client consultations and skin assessments
• Educate clients about treatment expectations, aftercare, and recommended skincare plans
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records
• Ensure all laser equipment is operated safely and maintained according to protocols
• Follow sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
• Build strong client relationships by creating a positive and welcoming experience
• Recommend suitable skincare products and additional treatments when appropriate
• Stay updated on new laser technologies, skincare trends, and industry best practices

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience as a Laser Technician, Medical Esthetician, or similar aesthetic role preferred
• Certification or training in laser treatments (required)
• Strong understanding of skin types, skincare, and laser safety protocols
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented personality
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
• Experience in a spa, medispa, or aesthetic clinic setting is considered an asset
