What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for developing and coordinating educational and clinical initiatives to support business objectives for assigned accounts in the Advanced Wound Management (AWM) portfolio. Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager and other teams, the role ensures alignment with sales, profit, and clinical education goals. It plays a key role in launching new technologies, training field staff, and fostering relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical program managers to drive product adoption and improve patient care pathways
What will you need to be successful?
To be successful in this role, you will need strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the Regional Sales Manager, Key Account Managers, Marketing, and Medical Education teams. You must be able to develop and implement educational and clinical initiatives that align with sales, profit, and clinical objectives. Expertise in Advanced Wound Management is crucial, as is the ability to build relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical program managers. Additionally, effective communication and training skills are essential for launching new technologies and ensuring staff and clinical customers are well-supported.
