What You'll Do

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep projects consistently on track
• Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and spend tracking across multiple vendors and research partners
• Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure seamless study execution
• Identify operational risks early, resolve issues proactively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle
• Apply your real-world clinical expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content and outputs related to clinical research
  
  

Who You Are

• Experienced in clinical trial project management, with a strong command of budgets, timelines, and milestones
• Skilled at managing vendors, CROs, and external research partners across complex trial operations
• A natural coordinator — you keep multiple workstreams moving without letting anything fall through the cracks
• Detail-oriented and systematic, with a high standard for quality and accuracy
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
  
  

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation platforms
• Background spanning early-phase through late-phase trial operations
• Experience working across therapeutic areas or global study teams
