Role Summary
We are seeking experienced Commercial Flat Roofers to join our team in Surrey, BC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in flat roofing systems and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork. You will perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial flat roofing systems while contributing to the successful completion of a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain flat roofing systems such as SBS, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and Torch On.
- Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with company and industry standards.
- Use tools, equipment, and materials efficiently and effectively.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.
- Communicate with team leads or project managers to report progress and any issues.
- Perform inspections of completed work to ensure high-quality results.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in flat roofing, including SBS and Torch On systems.
- Strong knowledge of flat roofing techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work on ladders and at heights safely.
- Commitment to following instructions and working as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
- Competitive pay starting at $30–$40 per hour based on experience.
