Reporting to the Head of Administration and Control in the Payroll Services Center sector, the selected candidate will act as an administrative support advisor in the credit department.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Analyze and process client files
• Apply defined controls
• Reconciliations and follow-ups
• Monitor the collection of amounts due
• Manage credit limits
• Respond to internal client requests
• Participate in the improvement of existing procedures and processes
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• AEC, DEC in accounting, administration, or other related field
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar position
• Proficiency with computer tools is essential
• Demonstrates analytical and precision skills
• Demonstrates teamwork skills and a sense of autonomy
• Shows a high capacity to work under pressure and manage priorities
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
