We are currently seeking passionate individuals with our culinary team who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare plates according to guest desires and Canad Inns standards;
  • Ensure that work is accurate, thorough, and to the highest standards.
  • Communicate all pertinent information to Culinary staff;
  • Clean and maintain the work area throughout the shift;
  • Assist the Kitchen Stewards, Buffet Attendant/Prep Cook, Food Services Receiver as necessary;
  • Constantly assess and adapt current practices to perform a task better, faster, or more efficiently.
  • All other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Previous line cooking experience.
  • Must be available to work the shift of 2pm - 1am evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain food safe certification.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
