- Relations avec les employés - premier point de contact pour toutes les demandes de renseignements des employés.
- S'associer, établir et maintenir une solide relation de travail avec tous les employés et la direction; en tant que conseiller de référence pour tous les besoins administratifs des ressources humaines.
- Recrutement à cycle complet (c.-à-d. attirage, salons de l'emploi, préparation et affichage d'offres d'emploi, entrevue, vérification des références, préparation d'offres d'emploi, intégration et départ)
- Coordonner et organiser les activités administratives du service des RH (c.-à-d. la tenue des dossiers des employés, l'utilisation du système SIRH, la préparation des rapports, etc.)
- Fournir un soutien administratif dans la recherche et l'enquête sur les normes de la LNE et du MTR afin de mettre à jour les politiques et les pratiques actuelles.
- Coordonner, planifier les programmes de formation internes et externes et s'assurer que tous les documents nécessaires sont conservés et classés au besoin.
- Aider à l'administration du processus d'évaluation du rendement.
- Fournir des commentaires et des suggestions sur l'amélioration continue pour le service des ressources humaines, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les politiques, les procédures et les processus.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la paie et la santé et la sécurité, au besoin.
- Planifiez et organisez des événements et des réunions avec les employés.
- Participer et fournir un soutien administratif avec des projets spéciaux en RH.
- Autres tâches assignées.
- Diplôme ou grade en gestion des ressources humaines ou en administration des affaires - Les ressources humaines sont préférables.
- Expérience antérieure des ressources humaines dans un rôle administratif, de coordonnateur ou de recrutement; de préférence avec une expérience antérieure dans le recrutement de main-d'œuvre qualifiée.
- Travailler à l'obtention du titre de PRCS est un atout
- Solides compétences en informatique avec les applications MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Expérience et connaissance pratique des systèmes SIRH.
- Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
- Peut parler couramment l'anglais et le français afin de coordonner les activités entre nos succursales de l'Ontario.

- Coordinate, schedule internal and external training programs as well as ensure all necessary documentation is maintained and filed as required.
- Assist in the administration of the performance review process.
- Provide input and suggestions on continuous improvement for the Human Resources department including but not limited to policies, procedures and processes.
- Work closely with Payroll and Health & Safety as required.
- Plan and execute employee events and meetings.
- Participate and provide administrative support with special HR projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration - Human Resources is preferred.
- Previous Human Resources experience in an administrative, coordinator or recruiting role; preferably with previous experience recruiting skilled labour.
- Working towards or attained CHRP Designation is an asset
- Strong computer skills working with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Experience and working knowledge of HRIS systems.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task
- Can speak English and French fluently in order to coordinate activities between our Ontario branches.
