Our client is involved in major capital and infrastructure projects across Canada and has been tremendously growing their team within the last few years.

As they foresee continuous growth potential and moving on to another phase of the project, they are seeking to fill a Cost Control Manager who would take part in continuously developing their group into a more competitive and collaborative team of experts in their own chosen field.

COST CONTROL MANAGER - Toronto based opportunity. This is a functional and hands on role which could develop to a leadership role in the future.

Our client offers hybrid work arrangement - 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home.

-Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration or Management.
-10+ years of experience in cost management, understanding of Change Management, Rules of Credit based Progress Management, Cost Control, Schedule Interface.
-Must have combined experiences in civil infrastructure, mining or oil & gas projects.
-Must have a breadth of experience overseeing all aspects of cost management on major projects of at least $100 million.
-Working knowledge in using SAP, InEight, Primavera, Hard Dollar, Accubid is required.
-Must have excellent written and oral communication skills to interface with all contacts including all levels of business and external stakeholders.
-Able to collaborate in a team environment, flexible, and ability to wear multiple hats.
