Job Description:
Accountabilities:
- Achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers, Caterpillar, internal departments, and staff.
- Understand customers’ economic models and develop timely deal strategies.
- Maintain accurate and current client information using Finning’s Sales Support software.
- Provide optimal solutions to customers inclusive of their equipment, parts and service needs
- Forecast new equipment sales and achieve budget revenue targets.
- Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in the Heavy Equipment Industry is an asset.
- Minimum 3-5+ years of Sales Management or Account Management experience, with knowledge of service operations.
- Strong knowledge of products and services related to the General Construction industry (Compact Construction Equipment and Building Construction Products).
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Expert persuasion skills and the ability to captivate an audience during presentations and product demonstrations.
- Self-driven, tenacious, and optimistic, bringing energy, passion, and positivity to the team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
