Epiroc Canada Customer Center is currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate for the position of Customer Care Supply Chain and Inventory Specialist. You will be responsible to work with Regional Inventory Planners to strategically plan stock items, guaranteeing compliance with the OTIF in accordance with our clients' needs, assessing risks and the health of our stock in accordance with company policy and objectives. Ensuring the availability of stock items according to customer demand, analyzing the fleet's hour meters and promoting parameters in the system that can guarantee coverage of the appropriate maintenance. Analyzing, monitoring, preparing, and making available spreadsheets with information on delivery times for items for all areas that need this information, within the company's procedures and policies, seeking to contribute to guaranteeing customer satisfaction
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Proposing improvements in customer performance for OTIF analysis.
  • Interacting with the sales, product, and service areas, advising them to meet negotiated delivery deadlines.
  • Maintaining contact with distribution centers, obtaining information on stocks and delivery times, as well as outstanding orders within or outside the contracted delivery time.
  • Participating in S&OP meetings, presenting stock x availability data for discussion and guaranteeing Service Index levels within the known KPIs.
  • Creating and maintaining OSMI and stock health reports.
  • Monthly analysis of stock AGING, identifying OSMI for action assessment (SURPLUS, FIRE SALES, M3, e tc.) with sales and marketing.
  • Monitor inventory performance in accordance with GIM in an analytical manner and in accordance with the company's pre-established policies.
  • Interaction with the marketing team, analyzing the fleet's AGING to plan parts according to future demands.
  • Acting in accordance with ISO 9001 / 14001 and OHSAS 18001 procedures.
  • Responsibilities in the Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality Management System.
  • Complying with the Integrated Management System and Quality Policy and documents.
  • Knowing and complying with the aspects, impacts, hazards, and risks spreadsheets.
  • Keeping up to date with the procedures and instructions applicable to their routine
  • Working with Category Manager/Sourcing to define inventory requirements.
  • Monitor, review and work with Regional Team to improve availability performance.
  • Support implementation of collaborative planning with Customers (Consignment agreements)
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor and communication with customers and internal staff at all time.
  • On a monthly based, you will be responsible for all PSD forecasting from Fortune 700 items, to Reman and Major Components. It will be key to engage and collaborate with external sales team to prepare forecast information before submitting to Regional Demand Planning tea
  • Leveraging your supply chain expertise, analyze, work with ERP solution to find ways to improve the flow of inventory and inventory optimization.
  • Participate in employee development programs including product and application training, business and personal development opportunities.

EXPERIENCE:
  • Higher education completed: Engineering or Logistics
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Persons familiar with Construction or Mining Industry will be an asset
  • Must have 5+ Years working in Supply Chain and/or Inventory Management/Planning
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook…
  • Experience in M3 is an asset.
  • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and highly organized.
