Richelieu Hardware is looking for a Customer Service Representative for the Atlantic Countertops, Newfoundland

More specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are to:

• Focused on logistics, delivery coordination, and management of complex customer orders
• Mainly by phone and email, and occasionally assisting with customer pickups
• More logistics and operations-oriented (handling deliveries, payments, backorders)
• Includes taking payments, coordinating truck deliveries and with carriers
• Growth expected through increased knowledge of products and procedures
  
  

Requirements :

• Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn
• Good communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills (both internally and externally)
• Ability to prioritize and complete work independently
• Work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic environment
• Computer literate. Ability to use Microsoft Office products and general familiarity with ERP software.
• Able to lift 30 pounds
