We are growing and would like to add a new member to our team. You will join a group of highly motivated individuals, to help us grow Phorest faster.
We are looking for a Data Migration Specialist to join our Customer Success Team. In this role, you’ll lead the technical side of the onboarding process for our premium clients—planning, executing, and delivering seamless data migrations onto the Phorest platform. You’ll blend your technical expertise with top-notch customer service to drive real impact and help our clients thrive.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, building relationships, and taking ownership of their work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Own and execute data migrations from a variety of competitor platforms, ensuring maximum data accuracy and completeness.
Partner closely with onboarding specialists and clients to understand their unique needs and migration timelines.
Create and manage detailed migration plans that maintain data integrity and client satisfaction.
Troubleshoot issues and provide responsive, empathetic support throughout the migration process.
Collaborate with our development team to refine and enhance internal tools and processes.
Take the lead on complex migrations for high-value clients, ensuring a premium onboarding experience.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver a cohesive and seamless client journey.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience with data migration, data analysis, or a similar technical role.
Strong technical skills, especially in SQL and relational databases.
Proficiency with scripting or programming languages, such as Python.
Excellent communication skills—you can clearly explain complex technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A customer-first mindset and a natural ability to build rapport with clients.
Proven success working collaboratively across departments.
