As part of our partnership with a major client in the manufacturing sector, we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer, specializing in IT Operations Management (ITOM), to join our ITSM/ITOM transformation team.
The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience in developing and configuring ServiceNow ITOM modules, particularly CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Cloud Management.
This role focuses on implementing robust ITOM solutions, integrating with leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), automating workflows, and improving operational visibility across infrastructure and services.

As part of our partnership with a major client in the manufacturing sector, we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer, specializing in IT Operations Management (ITOM), to join our ITSM/ITOM transformation team.
The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience in developing and configuring ServiceNow ITOM modules, particularly CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Cloud Management.
This role focuses on implementing robust ITOM solutions, integrating with leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), automating workflows, and improving operational visibility across infrastructure and services.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules:
- Discovery (horizontal/vertical using patterns and probes)
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- Orchestration (Flow Designer and legacy Workflows)
- Cloud Management
- Develop and maintain the CMDB, while supporting the configuration management process.
- Install, configure, scale, and troubleshoot MID Servers.
- Automate tasks through scripting (PowerShell, SSH, SNMP, WMI).
- Design integration solutions using REST and SOAP APIs for cloud platforms and monitoring tools.
- Integrate cloud resources (EC2, RDS, S3, Azure App Services, GCP Compute) into the CMDB.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure accurate discovery and mapping.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Continuously optimize ITOM workflows and configurations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, scripts, and integration points.
- Comfortable speaking either French or English.
- Open to candidates located in the provinces of Quebec and Ontario.
- Candidate must already hold a valid work permit in Canada.
- Hands-on experience with ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration (Flow Designer & Workflow), Cloud Management integrations.
- Strong understanding of CMDB architecture, data modeling, normalization, and health reporting.
- Proficient in JavaScript, PowerShell, REST/SOAP, SNMP, WMI, and SSH.
- Experience integrating with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow IntegrationHub and MID Server management.
- Good understanding of networking, virtual machines, storage, load balancers, and data centers.
- Practical experience with: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS), Azure (App Services, VMs), GCP (Compute, Storage).
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
