The Position
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing B2B digital marketing campaigns to generate marketing qualified leads, drive new logo pipeline, and build traction with target accounts across various platforms. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling online experiences that attract mid-market to enterprise clients and position Eclipse Automation as the premier automation solution for digital manufacturing. The Digital Marketing Specialist also manages the analysis, reporting and optimization of all campaign, SEM, SEO, and social media activities – applying best practices to support the company’s vision and entrepreneurial culture.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital strategies focused on brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion
- Manage and optimize digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, website, social media, and display advertising.
- Monitor and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, and social media dashboards to improve user experience and support conversion goals
- Analyze trends and performance data across paid (Google, LinkedIn) and organic (SEO, social) channels to optimize spend and strategy
- Lead A/B testing and apply conversion rate optimization strategies to maximize results.
- Build and deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights on campaign effectiveness, website metrics, and user behavior
- Coordinate the creation and optimization of campaign assets such as landing pages to enhance engagement and drive conversions
- Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with the Content team to produce effective visuals for paid campaigns across platforms including Google, LinkedIn, G2, and Capterra
- Publish approved content to corporate social media accounts, ensuring correct formatting, tagging, and scheduling in line with direction provided by the Content team
- Work with the Content team to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across all digital platforms
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to scale digital marketing efforts and explore new opportunities
- Stay informed on digital marketing trends and best practices to implement innovative approaches
- Work and collaborate in a team environment, actively participating and engaging in group meetings
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Design or equivalent
- 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience with a strong track record of results
- Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, and display advertising
- Skilled in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, and running A/B and multivariate tests
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Ads, as well as ad serving tools (e.g., AdSense, Ad Manager)
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and driving blog traffic growth
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content distribution strategies
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting marketing data, trends, and performance metrics
- Familiar with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
- Experience with tools like Hotjar, SEMrush, Unbounce, Monday.com, HubSpot, and Canva
