We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist who can use data-driven insight to build, deploy, measure and improve marketing automation initiatives to drive traffic, leads, conversion and revenue growth.
Location and Status
- Calgary, AB or Kelowna, BC
- Full-time
- Pay Range: $60,000 - $85,000
Key Accountability Areas
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns to create cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and drive new revenue streams
- Build and deploy email campaigns that supports external communication strategies to improve client retention
- Build and maintain email marketing automation
- Measure and improve key performance indicators while robust A/B testing
- Collaborate with sales teams and establish clear calls to action and consumer journeys
- Support the marketing initiatives of multiple departments and brands across the Acera group of companies
- Deploy direct marketing tactics to reach niche audiences and target demographics
- Work with multi-functional team to plan, produce and share compelling content including infographics, whitepapers, e-newsletters and video through email and social media
- Be a trusted guide and friendly advocate for marketing and email best practice
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with digital marketing role
- Expert with Microsoft Office suite of products
- Expert with email deployment platforms (experience with Marketing Cloud, Pardot or Pathway considered an asset)
- Experienced with CASL requirements
- Experience with Salesforce considered an asset
- Experienced with Google Analytics and SEMrush considered an asset
- Comfortable with collaboration tools like Teams and project management tools like Wrike
- Experience with content management system tools like WordPress
- Google certifications an asset
