Salary range is expected to be between
$61,350.00 CAD - $102,250.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.

As a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in our complex marketing team, contributing to the development and management of global digital campaigns.

Position responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and handle campaigns: Build and complete advertising campaigns across various platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Apply historical data and market trends to predict future campaign performance.
- Improve the distribution of the budget across different campaigns to increase return on investment.
- Continuous improvement: Regularly analyze campaign performance and adjust campaigns to improve results.
- Performance metrics: Prioritize key performance indicators such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- 3-5 years of valid enterprise experience with SA360, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Technical expertise: Understanding the technical aspects of these platforms.
- Google Marketing Certification.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Business.
