Job Description
We are looking for Digital Services Operations Support professional to join our dynamic operations team responsible for managing our cloud software platform. This role involves collaboration with the R&D team to aid in the development of the cloud platform, delivering services to our customers, and monitoring the platform for any incidents.

This is a remote position located in the Eastern zones of the United States or Canada. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Job Responsibilities
The Digital Services Operations Support Engineer will be part of a motivated international team and will be responsible for supporting and analyzing incidents and customer requests related to SaaS and IoT systems developed by Danfoss.

  • Collaborate with the R&D team to support the development and enhancement of the cloud platform.
  • Deliver services to customers by configuring the platform, troubleshooting issues, and assisting customers in understanding the data provided by our platform.
  • Monitor the cloud platform for incidents and ensure timely resolution.
  • Analyze incidents with the ability to investigate and resolve them effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve backend cloud infrastructure issues.
  • Configure and program on-site hardware as needed.
  • Manage customer onboarding projects with strong project management skills.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure continuous support.
  • Maintain a clear overview of development items and bug-fixing status in collaboration with the Development Team.
  • Assist software developers in identifying technical deliverables from the operations team.
  • Participate in testing software solutions using appropriate methods.
  • Apply networking knowledge to manage VPNs, routing, NAT, and other network configurations.

Background & Skills
The Ideal Candidate Possesses The Following Skills
  • Educational background in IT or a related field.
  • Strong experience with remote analysis of incidents.
  • Proficiency with Linux Servers.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, and Grafana.
  • Experience in managing SQL Databases.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts, including VPNs, routing, and NAT.
