Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, the Director of Data Analytics & Digital Transformation is a strategic leadership role at Ontario One Call. The Director provides leadership in developing and implementing comprehensive data analytics strategies and transformative digital initiatives, supporting Ontario One Call in adopting innovative technologies to optimize operational performance and enhance service delivery. This role guides the strategic integration of advanced analytics and emerging technologies to drive evidence-based decisions and service excellence. Supports the CDO Office to align strategic planning, direct IT operational strategies, manage strategic procurements, and support cohesive business operations.
This position is located at the Guelph office located at 104 Cooper Drive, Guelph. Ontario One Call has a hybrid work model with staff dividing their workweek between in-office and at-home work per company policy.

- Lead the creation and implementation of robust analytics and business intelligence strategies that align with organizational objectives and foster a data-driven culture across Ontario One Call.
- Oversee the design, deployment, and continuous enhancement of data analytics solutions to improve operational efficiency and enable strategic, evidence-based decision-making across all business units.
- Establish and enforce enterprise-wide data governance frameworks, ensuring data integrity, privacy compliance, security, accessibility, and reliability.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing and inclusive data analytics and business intelligence team, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement a cohesive digital transformation roadmap to modernize processes, optimize resource utilization, and improve stakeholder experiences through the adoption of innovative technologies.
- Drive effective change management practices to ensure successful organizational adoption of digital initiatives, minimizing disruption and maximizing engagement.
- Define, monitor, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of data analytics and digital transformation initiatives, providing strategic insights to senior executives.
- Partner with procurement and IT teams to evaluate, select and acquire technology platforms and analytics solutions that align with strategic objectives and compliance requirements.
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships and collaboration with senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and external partners to integrate digital and data analytics solutions effectively into Ontario One Call’s broader operational and strategic framework.
- Represent Ontario One Call’s analytics and digital transformation interests externally, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, bringing valuable insights into the organization.
