We are seeking a strategic, customer-centric, and delivery-oriented Director of Product, Payments to lead the product vision, roadmap, and execution for KEV's payments offerings. These payments offerings will include such things as school activity fees, district level fees, fundraising, ticketing, and more. Reporting into the EVP of Product this role will be a key member of KEV's product leadership team.
The Director will be directly responsible for defining and delivering the payments product roadmap, working closely with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to launch new products and enhance existing capabilities. This role will collaborate closely with the Chief Payments Officer, who owns the payments business strategy and revenue growth, to ensure that product investments support broader business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the product roadmap for all KEV payments products
- Translate business opportunities into product initiatives
- Partner with the Chief Payments Officer to align strategy
- Lead the full product lifecycle
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams on product delivery
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers
- Serve as the product lead within cross-functional initiatives
- Coordinate with GTM and internal teams for launches
- Engage with customers and monitor industry trends
- Define and monitor success metrics
- Leverage data to guide prioritization and validate outcomes
- 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading product teams
- Success in building and scaling payments or fintech products
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in regulated industries is a plus
