We are currently looking for a Distribution Centre Clerk in our new distribution centre on 275th street, Langley, BC. In this role, the worker will assist the warehouse operator to ensure the proper functioning of logistics operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, resourceful, thorough, and attentive to detail. This position represents an excellent opportunity to actively participate in the development of a young Canadian start-up and the creation of a strong customer-centric culture.

What You'll Be Doing
- Ensure daily Core & Support activities (Receiving, Picking, Staging, Shipping, Special Orders, Quality Control, etc.) are completed on time & in full
- Unloading containers (as needed)
- Propose & lead various initiatives and process improvements pertaining to all WH activities
- Ensure safety measures & warehouse rules are known and obeyed by all employees
- Take accountability for Core & Support activities and propose action plans when results are not met
- Other related tasks
- 2+ years experience in a distribution centre setting
- Ability to work physically for extended periods of time: standing, moving and lifting up to 49 lbs (22kg) in variable temperatures
- Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle is a must as there is no public transportation to this location
- Experience in a quality control environment an asset
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Experience in a small teams or startups is a plus
- Valid Class 1 SFL forklift license is an asset
- Valid Class 2 reach truck license is an asset
- Strong customer centric culture

- Monday to Friday - 8 am to 4:30 pm
