Pay: CA$23.00 - CA$25.00 per hour

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is now hiring drivers (non-CDL) / laborers! Our core purpose is to Move People Forward and that includes our hardworking team members! Full-time employees work 8-10 hours per day on average, and workdays may vary based on business needs.

Who We’re Looking For

• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, walking
• Stamina – you won’t find a workout like this anywhere else!
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Experience as a non-CDL driver or in general labor, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly or warehouse is helpful but not required!
  
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Drivers safely operate moving truck, perform daily truck inspections and complete paperwork with customers
• Provide positive energy and top-notch service
• Safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings
• Be on time. Be friendly. Be safe. Hustle!
• Safely move/pack/unpack customer’s belongings by utilizing all of the proper moving equipment and techniques, and following the necessary prescribed policies.
• Constantly look for things you can do for each customer that will enable us to fulfill our mission statement..
• Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Actively participating in meetings and making suggestions for ways to improve our procedures and customer service as well as market our services.
• Ensure compliance with the policies laid out in the employee handbook and/or presented by management.
• Participate in ongoing training and development through STICK MEN UNIVERSITY.
• Must be in a clean, approved TWO MEN AND A TRUCK uniform at all times without exception.
• Maintain a positive image of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK by ensuring proper hygiene.
• All other duties as assigned by franchisee, move manager, office manager and/or general manager.
