E-commerce Sales Manager - #193250

Key Responsibilities:

·       Own and optimize the e-commerce funnel with a focus on sales performance

·       Analyze key metrics (traffic, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, LTV) to drive actionable insights

·       Design and execute campaigns and site strategies that increase customer acquisition and revenue

·       Lead A/B testing and CRO initiatives to improve site performance and user experience

·       Develop/track growth programs such as bundling, upsells, loyalty incentives, and product launches

·       Provide regular reporting with recommendations tied to business goals

·       Collaborate with internal operational teams/warehouse to ensure alignment in execution  

·       Set targets and track P&L for each site


Marketing & Branding

·       Manage campaigns and promotional calendar, analyzing results to boost sales

·       Drive digital consumer acquisition/retention, maximize digital campaigns through analytics

·       Develop campaigns that incorporate social, email, website (SEO/SEM), and other digital channels

·       Develop affiliate and influencer programs to drive sales

·       Design and execute Google Ad campaigns, tracking spend and evolve programs for maximum ROI

·       Stay current on changes/innovations for new media opportunities

·       Ensure consistency of content across all brand touch points with a consistent “voice and tone”

·       Plan and conduct quality reviews of messaging, campaigns and events.

·       Identify new social media/digital opportunities with our Marketing team to implement

·       Maximize customer engagement re: digital storytelling – best sellers, high margin, high inventory

·       Create content and merchandising opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell

·       Create engaging online content (eg. forums, blogs) and monitor customer engagement


Performance Tracking

·      Produce reports and analyze KPI’s regarding website performance/activities using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Shopify and other relevant sites

·      Summarize site performance on key metrics, challenges and action plans to key stakeholders

·      Work internally across teams to execute, measure results and optimize performance

·      Coordinate French translation of appropriate content for all marketing assets

·       Collaborate and implement new web technologies and digital media trends



Skills & Qualifications


·       5+ years in e-Commerce sales, preferably in the CPG industry or kitchenware specifically

·       Passion for cooking, kitchen tools, or culinary trends is an asset (product knowledge can be learned).

·       Self-driven, highly motivated to succeed, and entrepreneurial approaches

·       Strong application of KPIs and analytics platforms (Google, Shopify, Klaviyo)

·       Proven track record of executing data-driven strategies that drive sales growth

·       Comfortable owning both strategy and execution in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

·       Analytical thinker with excellent project management and analytical skills

·       Familiarity with product merchandising and customer segmentation

·       Able to use best practices to create inspiration and influence performance and sales

·      Demonstrated content writing (eg. blogs, social media posts, email newsletters)

·      Google AdWords – PPC and Google Display Network campaign creation, audience creation, keyword selection, and reporting. Google UTM link tag manager

·      Demonstrated creativity and flexibility while meeting tight deadlines

·      Experience identifying target audiences and creating digital marketing campaigns to engage

·      Experience in Facebook Business Manager and proven experience using social media for business.

·      Experience in email marketing, including segmenting, CASL regulations, email automation setup, lead generation form creation, coding and deployment, reporting, survey creation, customer data management and integration with email service providers.

  • Demonstrated excellent in-person and written communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all stakeholders, internal and external, from executives to operational teams.
