What You'll Do;
As an eCommerce Shipping Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring online orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. At Sporting Life, we’re committed to providing a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.
Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will help create a positive shopping experience, whether customers are receiving their latest gear, apparel, or sporting equipment.
  • Process and fulfill online orders efficiently and accurately to meet delivery expectations.
  • Pack and prepare shipments following company standards to ensure products arrive safely and in perfect condition.
  • Monitor order statuses and proactively communicate any delays or issues with customers via phone and electronic messaging.
  • Adjust orders as needed to accommodate customer requests, product availability, or special instructions.
  • Investigate and resolve shipping issues, including delays or lost packages, by coordinating with third-party logistics providers.
  • Ensure proper documentation is completed for all shipments, returns, and order modifications.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace, following all operational and safety guidelines.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with order management systems and shipping platforms.
  • Physical capability to lift and move packages as needed.
